"The room was huge! We were very pleasantly surprised by the arrangement of everything in the room. It was nice to have a bedroom suite it made it feel so much more cozy than most hotel rooms. Also loved that all their soap is liquid and in a communal bottle, especially hand soap.

"This hotel was perfect for our Bay Area trip; centrally located between SF and SJ. The property is in a business district so it was not very busy on the weekend. The staff was welcoming and efficient. The room was very nice and clean. I loved the pillow-top mattress, but my hubby said it was too soft for him. The bathroom was a little outdated, but effective. Water pressure? Meh. The fridge was useful, and there was a microwave downstairs in the lobby. We would definitely stay here again."

"I enjoyed the location and the hotel itself very much. My issue was VERY loud neighbors both nights I stayed, particularly the first night. The rooms are lovely but if you have loud neighbors, you will hear everything. And I mean everything. I think this could be easily addressed by letting people know expectations of quiet after 10pm and before 6am and having a way to easily address if someone is being disruptive."
