"The room was nice and clean. Breakfast and other food was excellent! The personal and staff were very kind and helpfully. When we wanted to buy the last souvenirs before we fly back, they specially opened the store so that we could buy some nice souvenirs. Special thanks for the manager and the owner of the store for that service ;-)
When we come back we will certainly stay at your hotel and we recommend It also to others.

"We've stayed here before and have never had a problem, but this time the room had bugs and had a strong bug spray smell and the bathroom had a bad sewer smell. It might be an issue only in certain rooms. I mentioned it to the desk at check-out and the said they'd look into it. The breakfast is good and the location in Terminal 3 is very handy. We'll give them anorher try next time we fly through Jakarta."

"We stayed during the soft opening for 7 nights. It was around national holidays too so the hotel was at full capacity.
Things I love: The hotel is clean. I love how tidy and meticulous the housekeeping service is.
Staff are welcoming, helpful and respectful to all guests.
Hotel location is adjacent to a shopping mall.
Things needing improvement: Elevator wait time.
Adding Food warmers at breakfast buffet so food doesn’t get cold, ie at egg and pancake station. Eggs arrived at the table cold."

"I really liked this hotel for the price! The hotel had everything I needed.
The staff was helpful and friendly. My room was clean, fully loaded, and had a fine view of the airport from the 6th floor. Laundry service was convenient. There's a bar and pool. There's also the gym, and the spa with optional in-room massage.
