"Very friendly and helpful staff and the location is wonderful, steps from the beach. The room was cozy but you won’t spend much time in it anyhow. Lots of closet space! I had a lovely stay and would return."

"Lovely quaint hotel. It really had such a home from home feel about the place, so welcoming. Breakfast was amazing. We were given recommendations for restaurants just a short drive away. We decided one day just to laze around the pool and we was able to use the kitchen to make our own lunch. Absolutely loved this hotel, definitely want to go back . Thank you so much."

"Camas confortáveis. Quartos sem ar condicionado, apesar de no anúncio indicar que tem."

"Charming boutique hotel"

"バイシャ・シアード地区の真ん中にある素敵なホテル。旧市街の散策には最高の立地です。 入口はちょっと分かりづらいですが、中はおしゃれでかわいらしい雰囲気の内装。小さいながらエレベーターもあり大きな荷物でも大丈夫。 朝ごはんも美味しかったです。"

"ok"

"The staff were very friendly and breakfast was good. Parking would have been better if we were told that they had a voucher for parking. We were not told that until after my husband went driving around looking for a place to park. I would not completely recommend this place as our "junior suite" was basically in the attic and we had to climb 39 stairs every day up and down. Be sure to know what room you have and do not get rooms 8 or 9 unless you like climbing stairs everyday."

"This is a great place to stay especially if you are an Expedia VIP. Lovely neighborhood with authentic restaurants - the staff gives great recommendations. Breakfast will last you till dinner easily. VIPs get free drinks which were a Port and Cherry liquor, both unique and delicious. Great peaceful outside area — highly recommended"

"Sara was amazing. She was beyond helpful and accommodating. We stayed in the Porto room and it was beautiful. Balcony and seating area was great. Great location for walking around. I highly recommend this place!"

"AMAZING!!!!"

"About the worst experience ever. Photos are completely misleading."

"support was perfect, location is nice"

"Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée et très bien située dans la vieille ville. Nous avions un studio avec un mini balcon donnant sur Bélem, ce qui donnait un charme à la chambre. Douche petite mais qui remplit sa fonction. Immeuble très sécuritaire."

"Excellent location. Courteous staff. Easy in and out. I loved it. But my husband not got comfortable with how small the room was. There was barely 18” around the bed so our bad had to sit in the entry between the sink and shower (which were on opposite walls. It was pretty funny. Maybe better for one person?"
