"The Holiday Inn's initial appearance was one of a modern, sophisticated hotel however the rooms are extremely tight, in fact space was very restricting.... front desk staff were managerially effective but not at all hospitable ... we did not take pleasant memories along with us after leaving this Holiday Inn..."

"Will not come here again for the amount of money you pay and it being a 4-5 star hotel there are much better options for instance the hotel text door, first major issue was the check in not only was i provided no information practically i was given horrible directions to parking garage, that was just check in following this the next day after going out and drinking the water from the mini fridge it was not refilled and you would need to pay 30 euros to have them put i belive two waters and some snacks in it, when you can go buy 3 meals from the groecry store with that much"

Hotel Santa Justa Lisboa

"The Hotel Santa Justa is conveniently located for visitors wanting access to many areas of Lisbon. Located a stone's throw from Rossio Square, from which you can access the Metro to the airport (with one transfer), a train to the attractions at Sintra, and walkable to many dining and shopping options. Alfama was a particular favorite. The hilly terrain can be a challenge so wear comfortable shoes. Our room was a good size and was clean, with daily housekeeping available. Although located in an area with a lot of tourist traffic, we did not notice signifiant crowd noise. There a several restaurants next to the hotel, and the hosts will try to tempt you to dine a their restaurant. It can be tiresome having to decline the invites each time you leave from, and return to, the hotel. But that is a minor issue, offset by the convenience and quality of the property. We did not use the offered amenities so I cannot vouch for them."
