Front desk staff were not too helpful, gave incorrect information regarding taxis. Location was 2 bus stops from train station with a less than 5 minute walk to the hotel. No one in the hotel to assist with luggage, had to carry up the main stairs to check in but had an elevator to your room."

We reported the issue and were moved to another room, but the second room had the same problem. As a result, we were unable to sleep comfortably throughout the night. The front desk staff did try to help and came at midnight with insect spray, which we appreciated, but after spraying the room, we had to sleep with the strong...

"A beautiful hotel located approx 25 min walk from ponte vechio bridge. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Dogs are welcome. Breakfast was continental with plenty of choice. Pool area clean. 2 shaded areas about 6 sun beds were out when we were there plus deckchair type seats. You are given a towel to use by the pool on arrival. Pool cold so ery cooling in the heat. 1 downside was the pool did need some updating of the tiles at the bottom of it. There is a bararea all very historic in...

"Our room was clean but very basic. The staff were very nice and helped us get settled, though they have limited hours at the reception desk. The room was air conditioned which was very welcome during a hot summer, though the unit in our room made a bit of noise that might affect light sleepers."
