"This property was definitely not up to par with their rating. It felt like they’re maximizing profit over actual quality. Right away the girl at the front desk was not very helpful, she seemed young but confused. When checking in we were not told how many rooms or how many beds she just gave us the price and wanted us to swipe the card. We booked a one night to room stay and she tried to give us a room with two beds instead for almost the same price as our intended stay, when we try to fix it saying that “these people came and want to leave now and want a refund they don’t like the price”, we called Expedia to try to get the issue fixed and every time our customer service agent will try to call she would just send the call to voicemail / hold without actually picking it up. The manager was able to accommodate us to a second room, but it wasn’t not much of an upgrade. Our room had patches that had not been painted over and the shower did not work at all. There was mold above the showerhead, and the shower looked like it was on its last leg coming off of the wall."

"The chair in my room was falling apart it was horrible. Stuff was falling apart all over the room. For that room to be as high as it was it wasn’t worth the price. Hilton Garden was better by far."

"Lighting is dim in room. Entryway is big, which leads to hearing more noise in the common hallway. Shower curtain takes up too much shower space. No hand soap at bathroom sink. "

"It was a very nice place to stay at a reasonable price. The free shuttle service between BWI and the hotel was wonderful. The free breakfast had a very nice selection and was delicious."
