"Después de una fila de 30 minutos a media noche, nos atendió Giorgio de mala gana, muy lento, además nos cobró 20 euros extra de un impuesto local... nos quedamos en otro hotel más céntrico en Milán y no cobraron ningún extra. No hay estacionamiento suficiente. Lo único bueno es la ubicación cerca del aeropuerto... a 7 minutos. "

"Friendly check in and free room upgrade given to us which was a lovely touch. Room was very spacious with a huge balcony to sit on overlooking the garden. Kettle and coffee pod machine (although no milk provided - but there is a supermarket across the road). Fridge has items in and a price list is provided so there would be no surprises (we just brought our own items from the shop).
