"Everything was great until it was time for us to check out an early morning. No staff was to be found. We called the number that we were given if we needed help no one answered. They lock the front door so you’re trapped in there. Unless you go out through the garden did I mention it was pouring rain and I had all my bags with me and had to wait for the car service outside in the rain other than that the place was great"

"Check-in process needs some work. The video showing how to operate the lockbox and lift was a nice supplement, but hiding the room number in the video and not providing it via confirmation email was confusing. Room was good, kitchenette was nice and washing machine was helpful. It can get very noisy between 10-12 pm due to the restaurant, so if you need silence, this might not be the best place. If you have earplugs and a flexible sleep schedule, and enjoy something like an escape room to find...

"Super place to stay for exploring Navigli area and Milan city. Book the balcony room, it’s lovely to sit out on. Very clean. With easy to control air conditioning. Staff very welcoming, left us a variety of fresh fruit every day and topped up the fridge with water and juices daily. Brilliant after a busy day out. All you need is in the room, some toiletries included too. Near to a friendly corner cafe, bakery and places to eat a plenty. Easy access via a secure door. We would definitely stay...
