"The staff were brilliant particularly one day when we were both ill thanks to a dodgy paella somewhere. We were room bound and then water was coming through the ceiling in our bathroom. They resolved that very quickly and not only that provided us free bottles of water as we were ill. The hotel itself is in the old city area, found along a very narrow street. The decor was very historic, a lovely breakfast buffet both hot and cold. I'd definitely stay here again thanks to the thoughtful staff. "

"Hotel was in a great location, amenities in the room slightly dated and no free water in the fridges. Staff gave conflicting messages regarding departure and taxi advice. As it was Easter, very busy but found our own taxi 100 yards from hotel compared to the 10 minute walk advised. Hotel room was also rather hollow, could hear lots of noise from adjacent room/corridors. "

"Very helpful staff when we had a few issues that needed attention - very quickly service. Check in was very quick eventhough the email advertising touts that if you fill out certain info ahead of time ( which we did) we could just "pick up the keys" which in fact is not entirely true since you still have to again give your passport and your credit card and some personal info. The food at brfst buffet was fabulous and so was food at Mafia next door ( not sure if its associated with the hotel)"
