The stay was good, we just had a room that had a smell when we arrived, later they found a leaking pipe. Also the swimming pool was ok to begin the week but the water became green in colour so we stopped using it.

Mattress a bit too firm, no coffee in the room (no grocery store close by). Decent location (plus cab/uber fairly cheap in Savilla). Tiny pool. Otherwise fabulous place.

A fantastic apartment with everything that you could possibly need. Plenty of space storage; bathroom was great. Very clean apartment and very friendly staff. It is about a 10 - 15 minute walk to the main centre but this is an easy walk.

Great, spacious and modern apartment

Great property close to lots of restaurants and walking distance to all of the main attractions. The apartment was spacious, modern and very comfortable. Had a nice and comfortable bed, a smart tv and all the necessary amenities. We also like the reception area always had a person there so felt very safe. The neighbourhood was lovely but also quiet and safe. Be advised there is no tea or coffee provided, you need to supply your own and coffee filters if you use the coffee pot rather than the kettle. There are small supermarkets close by.

Comfy, new and clean

An almost brand new apartment a little walk out of the tourist centre. Could be made even better by attaching felt to the bottom of furniture legs as the noise from chairs and beds being moved on the hybrid floor upstairs was really terrible. I also think coffee and instructions should be supplied with the unusual coffee machine, which I was unable to use, - or replace with nespresso style, which is more standard these days. Nice treatment of me and my stranded friend during the Iberian peninsula blackout.

This property was a good choice for a stay at a reasonable price. However, the only issue I encountered was with the bathroom; the lavatory was clogged and difficult to unclog. Aside from that, everything else was perfect.

Perfect, large double room for reasonable price. Only downside is a bit outside the real center, about a twenty minute walk to the start of the center. But it’s worthwhile!!

I like the apartment. It was nice and clean. The shower unit in the room could have been cleaned a bit more as there was a bit of mould and dirt. But other than that the hallway, bedroom, kitchen and dinning space were all very nice and clean. Friday and Saturday in that area gets really loud due to the square outside playing loud music. When outside it’s nice to be in the dancing, loud music, restaurants and bars but if you want an early night, for touring early the following morning for example like us, the loud music might keep you up.

So sad to leave

We had such a comfortable stay at our apartment. It was a great size and had almost everything we needed (minus some scissors in the kitchen and one of the sharp knives was blunt). The bed is a harder mattress which we much prefer to soft (I have a bad back so was good for me). I think an extra pillow could be good as they are quite small, but we slept well. Only small complaint was the drainage smell. This was only noticeable in the bathroom, never in the rest of the apartment, and we kept the bathroom door shut. There has been a LOT of rain so maybe this was the reason. I would just say an air freshner may be helpful if you have a long stay. The staff were friendly with excellent communication both on whatsapp and in person. On our last day they kept our bags as we were not leaving for the airport until 6pm. There are nice big toilets by the pool if you need to change your clothes before flying home etc. Pool was shut as we expected due to rain, not sure if it would be shut in March if weather was good, but its very small, like a plunge pool. Location is excellent. The area is really cool, we like to stay in hip areas, and the vibe was just that. You can take many routes into other parts of the city, we walked everywhere! In the local area we highly recommend the strip of Vintage shops, MUY coffee and opposite there is a small local arty shop, where we bought small pieces of art from local artists.
