I did not like the parking. We came during Palm Sunday and it was crazy busy. We parked about a mile away. I was frustrated we were late for show. The hotel sent up fruit and water that made us fill a lot better. The show that we missed let us rebook. Great breakfast Thank you

The hotel was lovely! The staff were always on hand and helpful. The room was clean and we had a great view over the city. The breakfast was great with plenty of choice. A very nice hotel in a central location for all the sights of this beautiful city. I recommend!

Love Sevilla

From the very friendly and informative welcome, to the checking out, the staff here couldn’t do enough to help; must see sights, Restaurants, museums etc. knew everything about Seville. The hotel was clean, has good facilities and is excellently placed to walk to all the central sites. We will return - and especially around the Christmas period and the city’s light show.

Good hotel close to historic sites

Great room with balcony overlooking the city. Good choice of breakfast. Approximately 1km from the cathedral and alcazar on a bus route for anyone with mobility issues. Small heated indoor pool.

Hotel was beautiful

Hotel was really lovely. Breakfast was exceptional. Such a great amount of choice. Room was really nice and we had a balcony. Weather wasnt great for sitting out but would be a lovely option if weather was better. Staff were helpful and we had lunch one afternoon and that was really good. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The initial varnish has gone so fast...

Beware. The Parking lot is located 15 min walking away. Restroom door is transparent glass made. Thus, no privacy. Blackout courtain does not fill the entire windows. And the most terrible, there is a unpolite employee on front desk. Bad experience with him. All others are excellent.

Most of the staff were polite and helpful except for the woman in the bar who was slightly aggressive and rude. We were here for four days and were watching the football, along with everyone else because spain was in the final and all we were asking was to increase the volume, everyone else thought the same and thanked us for asking but the bar woman acted like we were asking for her children. Terrible customer service
