The room was duty and musty, when asked for bedding for the pull out couch after check in was told we had to wait till after 11 pm to get our request, tv remote batteries was dead and had to go buy a set to use the remote. Bathroom wasn’t clean. Water not draining in the shower. Floors in the room need vacuumed/cleaned. No one was at the front desk when trying to check in. Bed was clean and comfy.
