"Clean rooms, helpful staff, great breakfast"

"Would not stay again. All the 4 star reviews are so misleading. Staff was grumpy and the girls that checked us in were being rude and condescending. We got one key card per room because they were rationing their cards. They didn’t have enough cards for the amount of rooms they had booked so each guest only received 1. Really? Pillows were being rationed as well. Only 2 pillows per room. We were told that if every guest asked for extra pillows they would run out of pillows. The hotel is in a central location and that is the only plus in my opinion. Staff need to get their act together and be nice to customers, especially if they are charging a premium for 2 star quality and service."

Our best choice for LOCATION exploring Amsterdam. Walking distance to Central Station, Metro subway and the must see sights. Plenty of food and shops right at our doorstep."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the hotel! Bathroom was quite small but it took NO time to get used to it! Housekeeping was always excellent every day! Everything I wanted to do was within walking distance. The staff especially Anna was so friendly and welcoming! Breakfast was good and happy hour was ALWAYS good!!!"
