"The staff at check in was great. the room was excellent. the casino was an added attraction for my cousin. The food could have been somewhat fresher; the waitstaff was a bit rough. We spoke english/spanish .. they did little to be supportive. "

"This hotel is a gem. 5 minute walk from the central train station, 10 minure walk from the city center, and right across from the main bus stops. It's incredibly quiet and clean. The staff is kind, warm, and attentive. Our room was simple but incredibly clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bathroom needed some remodeling but it was not an issue for us since it was perfectly clean. The breakfast buffet was INCREDIBLE. Tea, coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate AND cookies are available to the guests...
