"Our room was just ok. Beds were again just ok. Our meal at the hotel was treatable. It was on Monthers day. The food was not eatable. We ordered chicken stip basket and a noodle dish it was the worst. We still payed but not worth the price at all pass if you are ever at the DFW Hyatt

"Hotel was adequate for a nights stay as we had an early doctor appointment the next morning. Many restaurants nearby - some walking distance. Had trouble with room keys not working for more than 1-2X. Had coffee and some breakfast items in the morning. Allow pets."

"Customer service by Alexis took a load off me when had an event @ the OMNI Star. Alexis was knowledgeable about the shuttle services offered by the hotel and she scheduled me right away. Matthew was a great driver and friendly. My room services provided during my staff were timely and provided the things we needed. Enjoyed my stay."
