"The room was very clean.The staff was the ultimate.Very pleased with my stay"

"Had to literally call someone on the phone to come to front desk to check in, window missing in or open in food area because air was off in lobby area. Most importantly killed cockroaches in our room - very disgusting! Broken glass in parking lot - definitely went down hill from the previous year and there was no breakfast. Ice machine not working… list just kept adding up - felt like we should have got our money back or should have been told about the property. Plus the property going thru...

"Breakfast was toast & cereal, bananas & 1 day had apples. Store bought little Debbie snack. No yogurt, etc . Bathroom needs updated, paint, cleaned. had to push room doors shut to latch. Great location. Rooms nice other than bathroom"

"Rooms smelt musty, damp and old. The air conditions in all 3 rooms my family were in looked like the filters have never been cleaned. Disappointed that they were in such bad shape. We've stayed here many times before and they weren't a whole lot better. We will think twice before we stay there again."

"Conveniently located, very easy too find. Comfortable enough. Spacious enough. My only comment: the room’s floor could have used sweeping and mopping. And someone else’s food remained in the fridge."

"Staff at check in was very friendly. But the check out was disturbing. At about 10 am fire alarms went off every minute for an hour. They did a fire inspection while guests were still sleeping. My daughter is SIX years old, she was terrified by the loud alarms. We had ro pack up and leave quickly as they continued. Staff ran around looking unapologetic, as if every day for them. So thst was disappointing. Now, I have what I assume is a $100 deposit taken from my debit that hasn't been returned...

"Our stay was comfortable, room was clean. There is no ice machine on site so plan accordingly. There is not an office onsite, plan on Self Check-in only with call support if you have issues with your door code."

"Coffee was horrible, one day no coffee at 7:45am, eggs were cold, staff was rude. Tiles in bathroom were loose. Old building not well maintained. We have to go to Chisago a couple more times and will definitely get hotel closer to MinneapolisWould rather drive 45 minutes than stay there again."

"Hotel was OK, but the noise transmitted through the floor (my ceiling) from people walking in their room directly above mine made it very difficult to get a good nights rest for both nights I was there."

"Bathroom mirror was missing. Vanity was very short, 30 inches tall. Unpleasant odor to room. Temperature were 90 degrees, AC kept up nicely. It was in a good location and bed was ok."

"Check in was easy, although no elevator to the 2nd floor which.may sound petty but can be many trips back and forth to your car. The room was clean, bed comfortable. The only complaint is the water pressure in the shower was low.. Coffee was good, breakfast ok, nothing spectacular."

"Our room was ready and clean. Staff provided extra towels for us. The disappointment was that although we were told breakfast was available starting at 6:30 am, there was nothing other than overnight coffee available at 7 am. Using the phone for contact in the common area meant the phone rang multiple times without anyone answering it."
