Felt safe with no issue about security. Common toilets n bathroom a short walk away n has all amenities needed. Dinner n breakfast are delicious with free flow of water/juices/coffee till 11pm. A big thank you to all staff enabling such nice experience!"

"Online pics showed a room with a desk but mine had only a bench and small low table. I asked the front desk staff to help with making a reservation and they refused and instead wanted me to use a QR code for a reservation service that did not have the restaurant listed. They just stared at me blankly."

"The location was very convenient & in a quiet area. Just around a 10 minute walk from Otaru Eki. A 5 minute walk to the canal. There's a Family Mart across the street from the hotel. There was also a cute little shop selling mochi and manju nearby. I loved how the hotel was in a historic building. The bathroom was spacious & modern. Comfortable bed. Staff was friendly & very helpful. Would definitely stay there again."
