"When I left the property, the ceiling fan was not broken but I received a message the same day that the ceiling fan that was controlled by wall switches bulb was broken and fan did not work. My credit card on file was charged for the same $250 that they had just in case something happened. We had to be out by 9 am so I forgot to take exit pictures."

" This is not a hotel, it’s a timeshare. Upon arrival they told us we will have a room change the next morning because the people assigned to the time-share will be arriving the next day. The condos are not cleaned thoroughly, we had to ask the front desk to send someone to vacuum the carpet of our second condo; it was obviously dirty with food crumbs, toe nails, dirt. "Vacasa is a joke to work with. They tell you that Check-in isn’t until 4 pm but the code they give you to get in the door isn’t ready at 4 pm. Usually several minutes later. Happens with them many times over. "
