"The bed was ok. The location was convenient. We had an issue with water from the room above. Their toilet overflowed down through the ceiling vent into our bathroom in the middle of the room. We called the front desk and they could not move our room. This was 1:00 AM. The water was turned off upstairs and the dripping stopped. We used our towels to clean up the water mess. The next morning we asked them to clean the bathroom and leave towels. We were gone for the day attending a memorial...

"Pool was down, power went out for 5 hours due to storm. My room had stains on the carpet and sheets. Asked for shower only, 1 king size bed. Instead I got twin beds, and shower and bed combo. Breakfast wasn't bad."

"The room was. nice, but the listing looked as though there would be a nice breakfast selection with hot food included, and a pool. There was no notice that the place was under renovation and that the pool was not usable. The breakfast was underwhelming. It was pretty much cereal and muffins… Part of the reason this hotel was chosen, was due to the listing & images of the breakfast and pool."

"Room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful when I couldn’t find the thermostat in front of my face. Property doesn’t look like much on the outside but rooms were fairly modernized. Breakfast was just ok. Typical continental for the room price of $100. Good place for a cheap quick stay if you’re visiting a BSU student. Very close to campus."

Red roof is our affordable and clean Hotel for travel but this wasn’t it. We also had to pay an additional $50 and I haven’t seen if they put it back into our account t yet. "July 3rd, we couldn't find a parking spot when we returned. Because of the fireworks and the property allowing everyone to park there we were unable to find parking. We walked in through the door by the pool, when I went looking for someone at the front desk, there wasn't an employee there. The employee was OUTSIDE watching the fireworks. When I mentioned no parking on the property, she said yes, I told the Manager this would happen. I had two reservations, each one for a night. Upon check...
