"It's always good to stay at St.Duthus. All the bedrooms have been modernised and are very clean and comfortable. There is plenty coffee available in the morning and a good selection of cold breakfast products. We enjoy staying there,"

"Staff were very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast, restaurant and bar were great. Older building that needs some TLC."

"Spectacular boutique hotel in a stunning location. Staff were great, as was the food!"

"This is the most stunning hotel I have ever stayed in. It’s so elegant and charming and I loved it."

"A fantastic experience for sure! Enjoyed eating dinner with all the guests!! The design an atmosphere is wonderful."

"Pleasant traditional Highland Hotel. Friendly and efficient check in. Bar well stocked with pleasant adjoining lounge. The venison dinner special was excellent. A good stopping point on way north ."

"This place was really disappointing, I felt very uncomfortable being an American here. During breakfast they would not help us, we watched for over half an hour why they took care of everyone else . I had to finally raise my hand to get service to then be told I could only have one item. I would highly recommend somewhere else!!"

"Several heads down staff were anything but helpful. Older woman at checkin was unhelpful and heads down most of the time . Sad to see this historically friendly hotel now staffed by a number of very unimpressive people. Older women at dinner and younger professional woman at breakfast being the exception."

"The Links Hotel is beautiful, well decorated and comfortable. We stayed in the newer building and when we walked into our room my first response was how much I loved the colors. Our room had a view of Royal Dornoch Golf Course. The bed was comfortable, the sitting area very nice and situated to the view. The huge bathroom was spacious and luxurious. We arrived to two little glass bottles of an Auld Fashioned with shortbread—yummy! There is an espresso machine and tea service outside the rooms...

"Warm welcome on arrival and a free upgrade o a lovely room. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our comfort and convenience. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff in the dining room very friendly and helpful. Had two meals in Chaplins restaurant and all 4 of us enjoyed our meals, again the staff member was friendly and helpful. We were a party of four and had two rooms and everyone was happy and enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you for the upgrades much appreciated. Would...

"Breakfast. I waited over half an hour to get a pot of tea. I was finished my bacon egg tomatoes and mushrooms before a received the tea and had requested it 3times. You can go and get your own coffee so why not tea Also some seats in the inside dinning room are far too low to enjoy eating . We had to ask for another table. I cannot fault the rest of my visit our room was fantastic and spa area great."

"Gorgeous, cosy little apartment. Huge comfy bed and perfectly situated in Cromarty for a walk around. We will stay again next time! Thank you"
