"We had a really good time here with excellent breakfast and beautiful rooms. The staff were super helpful . Will come back next time in Shanghai . Thank you"

"A Brilliant Hotel with Exceptional Staff We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The executive lounge was excellent, and the staff throughout the hotel were incredibly attentive, welcoming and professional. A special mention goes to Vera and the concierge team, who were particularly helpful and arranged a fantastic tour of Shanghai’s Zhujiajiao Ancient Water Town for us. Their service really made our stay extra special. The only downside for us was the location, as we found we needed to take...

"My wife and I are both travel advisors - any of our clients looking to visit Shanghai will be strongly recommended to stay at this property. Location, location, location! Close to the Bund, subway, and an excellent Didi pickup point. Property is clean, well managed, modern, fantastic included laundry and the breakfast was perfect. We can’t say enough about the property! (Except get a better ice maker please?)"

"Soy un gran fan de Mandarín. Calculo que he estado en cerca de 30 distintos en todo el mundo. Donde hay uno, lo elijo. El de Shanghai, muy inesperadamente, no me pareció sobresaliente en servicio y en calidad de sus restaurantes, a pesar de haber experimentado"

"La ubicación es excelente el desayuno muy variado y abundante"

"Amazing Birthday Stay at W Shanghai! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful stay at W Shanghai while celebrating my birthday! The hotel kindly upgraded our room to one with a breathtaking view, which made our stay even more special. They also surprised me with a birthday cake, such a thoughtful and lovely gesture! The food was delicious, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the views were simply spectacular. Everything about our stay was memorable, and we truly appreciated the...

"We stayed in a club room on the 51st floor it was fabulous Yes you are out of the main district but it is a short taxi ride from Pudong to Nanjing Rd and this hotel is definitely worth it The staff are incredible They are so helpful and friendly and we stayed here 9 days and loved every minute We have found Shanghai to be a great city very clean and the people delightful Thank you Ritz Carlton to get 10 stars from us ❤️"

"Gute Lage grosszügige Zimmer"

"I've stayed at the Regent in Taipei so trusted it would just as good in Shanghai. Clearly something is missing. Huge shortage of staff in comparision. Not enough at front desk, aside from the environment it is not different than a 2 star motel. All the staff are very friendly and helpful when they have time and get to you. Had to ask reguarly for more coffee and cream in the room. Budget cuts come to mind when these things add up. Staff cuts, skimping on little things like coffee creamers, only...

"Very good service and the staffs are very helpful in terms of luggage handling and calling cars."

"Marvelous hotel, great location and service was outstanding. I had a great stay"

"Big hotel with nice, modern rooms. Some rooms have very small windows, though. Breakfast was pretty good with lots of options, and the staff were really helpful. They also provided complimentary bottled water every day. The room was surprisingly quiet despite being conveniently located near a shopping area and Metro station. One downside was that we found a small cockroach in the bed and had to switch rooms. The staff acted quickly to sort it out and followed up with us to make sure everything...

"Great location on the financial side of beautiful Shanghai"
