"Location is tranquil , away from the hustle and buzzle, 2 km away from the shopping and food districts, a Cab fair approx 12-16 rmb takes you to most places of interest. The room with twin beds is very comfortable for 2, the window ledge was excellent for managing our luggage. Excellent service in the room with fresh towels and water everyday, Nespresso machine was a bonus, breakfast more than adequate spread for all. We got friendly help from your staff to weigh our luggage on the 11th floor, on the whole service with a smile. Over and above, we have special praises for Howard, from the reception. He speaks very good English, great help to us (our first visit to Shantou) , to navigate from Alipay to Didi for places to have good food and shopping. Extremely patient and dedicated. He is fully committed to his job and definitely has great future in this industry. Will definitely stay in this hotel if we visit again."
