"I like the wrist band room key-so handy. Pool was heated-so nice. Had ping pong and cornhole games additionally to our surprise! Staff was very pleasant. And to much surprise room was cleaned and coffee restocked daily without asking."

"All the staff were very friendly. The rooms are set in like a garden and we really liked that and parking is all around the hotel so convenient for all rooms. It was wonderful that bottled water is provided in rooms and two complementary non alcoholic beverages, bottles of water always out on the counter at reception too. The shuttle every hour down town and back was wonderful/ only took about 15 mins to get to downtown. Pool area was great for relaxing would have been even better with a hot...

"Shuttle times are extremely accurate. Beautfil place with friendly staff. Only wish checkout time was a bit later. Elevators were out our entire stay. We were on third floor. The staff did offer to help carry our luggage up."

"The bathroom in room 8 does not have an exhaust fan so bathroom smells always go into the bedroom. Even though there is room for a couple of chairs in the bedroom, none are provided. The balcony light does not have a switch to turn it on. Parking is rarely available. Do not bring a car or rent one."

"From the time we got there the staff were welcoming, the rooms were amazing, the pool was warm and we just relaxed. It’s nice and quiet off one of the main streets and very walkable to all places. We only were there for 2 days because we were trying a few other Keys but we already decided we are going back next year for a week. "

"This Margaritaville has different amenities than others, so our expectations might have been high. We were bummed to learn they do not have pool side or beach service. The pool was small, but they do have a small hot tub, however, it is older and not the best. The room we stayed in was a 2 bedroom suite, which, we absolutely loved for our family of 5. They do have a restaurant onsite, but they do not serve any food from 11am-12pm which we didn’t know and were disappointed to find out after...

"The property is nothing like depicted on Expedia or any other travel site. It is misleading. The facilities are less than average. Everything is old and falling apart. The bathroom we had clearly hasn’t been updated in decades. While the room was an acceptable size, the wardrobe was small, very old and had doors that didn’t close. The pool is small, dingy and dirty. The provided breakfast was disappointing. The location is a 15 minute walk from Duval Street which is the main drag of the area....

"Property was cozy and comfortable for the 1 night we stayed. I will say the room is very small so do not pack bulky items. There are some nearby restaurants, and nothing is too far away to get to. Only real improvement I'd suggest is the continental breakfast offering. Very minimal options, no eggs or hot food, nor were there any fresh fruit. "

"Hotel was nice and pool area good. On site restaurant was good. Only 1 minor complaint would be they advertised a free shuttle downtown but that is no longer available. Other than that stay was great and I would recommend!"

"Great place to stay. Good breakfast and comfortable beds. The main pool area is beautifully landscaped and a lovely place to relax. The only issue we had was it was pretty chilly a couple of nights and they don’t have heat. The blankets are very thin and more like sheets. We had a cold night bundled up in everything warm we packed. We did get extra blankets the next night but make sure you plan ahead if it looks like it will be cold. "

"Lovely property and a great location. One block away from Duval St. This is an older property, so you will hear noise from other guests in adjacent/above units. Older AC units and a dehumidifier would be most helpful. Erick was just the nicest fellow - had fun making wind chimes."
