"It’s great to have a spacious suite with a large balcony. However, the location right on the main road does not lend itself to a peaceful stay. My balcony was very close to the road and right above the parking lot. In addition, there were ghost ants in the kitchen screwing around every time we turned on the lights. More attention needs to be given to dishware – many pieces appeared to be quickly wiped down, not fully clean. More attention to quality control would be good. Given these drawbacks,...

"Such a disappointment. In a beautiful place like Key West, the room was depressing and honestly beyond terrible. I have stayed in highway motels with better rooms and amenities. The elevator was broken, so we had to drag our suitcases up three floors, which made the experience even worse. The room itself was small and dark, with windows facing basically nowhere, so it felt closed off and gloomy. The stone flooring made it more unpleasant. The front desk crew were always smiling, and making sure we got our cookies! Yummy! We were very fortunate to have your restaurant server, Wu Yan on our last night before heading home. Very nice. He is an asset to your organization. And the shrimp Alfredo was the creamiest. One of the best I’ve ever...

"Property was cozy and comfortable for the 1 night we stayed. I will say the room is very small so do not pack bulky items. There are some nearby restaurants, and nothing is too far away to get to. Only real improvement I'd suggest is the continental breakfast offering. Very minimal options, no eggs or hot food, nor were there any fresh fruit. "

"Lovely property and a great location. One block away from Duval St. This is an older property, so you will hear noise from other guests in adjacent/above units. Older AC units and a dehumidifier would be most helpful. Erick was just the nicest fellow - had fun making wind chimes."
