"Had a terrible experience at this hotel. I specifically booked this hotel because it said they were “pet friendly” on Expedia. They absolutely are not. I did not mind that my ESA dog is not considered a service animal and I would have to pay a fee but upon arrival I was asked to sign a contract that said I cannot leave my dog alone in the room at any time. It also said that if my dog barks at all I can be fined $250. I asked about this and wanted to know if my dog is allowed in the pool area...

"The property is beautiful! It was lovely sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. The pool was nice and warm which was terrific. It was perfect to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a restaurant on site, though I preferred taking an Uber to many fabulous restaurants near Duval Street. My favorite ice cream spot was Wicked Licks!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Key West / The Keys Collection. The property was clean, comfortable, and had such a relaxing resort-style atmosphere, especially around the pool area. The shuttle service to Old Town made exploring incredibly easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our entire trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone wanting a great Key West experience without the chaos of staying directly on Duval...

"The only thing missing was a balcony"

"They advertise beachside which is completely false! The size of the beach is smaller than my backyard patio! I will never stay here again, staff was not helpful and made it clear to me that this is vacation homes and you get leftover from owners that are not using the units when I asked foe a higher floor. I checked out a day early, my Mother’s day trip was ruined, my mom was looking forward to an Ocean view as they advertised! I was treated like a second class citizen to say the least...

"We had not been there before, would have liked to have been on a higher floor. The staff offered to move us the next day but it wasn't worth doing all that. The breakfast was good, needs more options but everything tasted great. The room was clean, a/c didn't always keep up for some reason, so it was a little warm at night while sleeping. Otherwise, everything was great."

"The place was very cozy and welcoming. The check-in experience was warm, friendly, and thorough. The room was impeccably clean. Breakfast was spectacular, with the added bonus of an omelet station that made the experience even better. The location was excellent, close to everything and just a few minutes’ walk from the main attractions. Overall, the stay was wonderful, and I would definitely stay here again"

"This hotel is one of the few beach front properties in Key West. It's a great location to walk to many of the sites and restaurants and the on-site restaurant is excellent. The included breakfast exceeded expectations with many choices. The pool was refreshing and beautiful after days out on the water. I highly recommend this property!"

"The room was big enough for 4, we loved having the private patio space. With the low guest count every space felt exclusive. We would definitely stay again "
