"The hotel, location and staff were excellent. It was just what we needed after a few days in Edinburgh and a long drive. Loved the self-service laundry facilities too. Although, they need to find ways to prevent guests leaving their clothes in for longer than needed. Breakfast was also good. I woukd definitely stay there again. Special thanks to Hayley on the front desk who came down to meet us and collected our bags, when we were trying to find parking."

"A really lovely stay - bed super comfortable. Staff at check in very good. I stayed in club deluxe room - room was stunning. All feedback was on the second floor no elevator and I had a really heavy case - however staff helped me. No mirror to blow dry hair - however I mentioned to reception, they said they had mirrors there I could use - perhaps be helpful to mention at check or simply put in room to anticipate the needs of guests. All in all fantastic hotel will definitely be returning."

"The check-in process was disappointing because I had to ask about nearly everything. The listing stated that a parking tag would be provided if parking was included, but none was given. When I asked, I was told that parking required an additional fee, which was then added to our room.
The pool also costs extra, and unfortunately, it was not worth it. We went to use the hot tub but were told we couldn’t use it because the bubbles weren’t running. The staff member who told us was not friendly or...

"A great place for families to stay with lots of lounge space for visiting with family and games for kids. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the location very convenient. Our family suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable. My only recommendation (as a parent with small children) would be to add a small fridge to keep snacks/drinks/leftovers cool. A wonderful stay!"
