"Everything after check in (which was very smooth with no issues) was horrible with this hotel. It is a new building, spacious rooms etc. but managed extremely poor. I am extremely disappointed with a lot of different things, which I am still trying to sort some of them. Not recommended."

"Good air con. Plenty of parking extra at rear. Clean room. Lots of light switches but only 1 worked. No shelf in shower to stand anything on. Taps in sink not enough height to get kettle access. Corridor lit very dim a bit creepy for ladies on their own. Price of drinks in bar were extortionate. ..."

"The hotel was clean, and the room was comfortable. However, the staff were not particularly friendly. The reception staff seemed uninterested, and the service at breakfast was also quite unfriendly. A warm welcome and a more positive attitude from the staff would have made the stay much more enjoyable. ..."
