"The cabins and staff at Pinecrest were awesome. Our cabin was ready early, and they had a really easy check in process. The cabins are along a very pretty river with a waterfall. We did not bring our dog, but we saw other guests with their pets on the property, which is a really great option to have. The property was icy, but we were prepared for that making sure to bring the correct vehicle. The weather when we were there brought Highwinds, so the staff made sure to reach out each night and warn us of the possibility of a power outage (Which never happened) And made sure that we had enough blankets and were appropriately prepared. There is a grocery store in town, which was great. For dinner, we went to Parker pie Company, which was about 10 minutes away. For breakfast, we went to carriage house, which was also about 10 minutes away. Both places were very delicious. The cabin was warm. The shower was warm and we have no complaints about the accommodations. We will be back to visit again!"

It was my daughter‘s first check-in and the desk clerk was extremely patient and friendly and made it a good experience for my daughter. I was there for moral support and to educate her on how to do it, but it was seamless.Thank you!"

"One of the best places i have ever stayed!!! Staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and treated us like family. Breakfast gave us many selections and was very good. Had a good selection for dinner and the food was very good. I would definitely stay here again. "
