"The staff was amazing! Cleanest hotel I've ever had, the cleaning crew works nonstop. We kept having to change our departure date due to delayed maintenance on our motorhome, they made it so easy, didn't need to ever change rooms. Cannot recommend Aloft more, they were great. Lobby is huge with lots of seating areas so you can get out of your room and be comfortable. Location was amazing, walk to many wonderful restaurants and museums. Thank you to all the wonderful staff that helped us. Michelle & Steve Chandler"
