"We were booked at their hotel ‘across the street’, a run down cheap motel (@ $300 per night!) they own. The room smelled musty, the shower did not work. The cleaning was cursory, at best. Oh… and you have to specifically ask for toiletries (shampoo, shower gel etc). The location is across the street ..."

"Room was not clean, and very tired. Pool and pool deck were nasty. Check in was hybrid live/online, kind of awkward. Wouldn’t stay here again even if it was free."

"Beach view was amazing and staff was very helpful. Only complaints are: there was no WiFi in our room (we notified front desk but it was not resolved), the pool looked greenish and hallways and some areas in the room were not well maintained."
