"The staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to get us a room on the lower level with our last minute check in. The room was clean and served its purpose."

"The hotel check in staff were training new people, who were very pleasant. The high pitched noise from the defective fountain made it hard to hear them speaking to us and they complained that it had been that way for 2 weeks and was becoming quite unpleasant. Other staff around facility were pleasant as well, however we didn’t see many. Signage for parking/restaurants and other areas was poor!"

"Woke up in the morning with water leaking through the ceiling, flooding my room and making it unusable. I notified the front desk person and asked for a rebate on the price I paid for the room, but they refused and offered no other useful redress. Also, the included breakfast was probably the worst I have ever seen in my life. Overall, an absolutely dismal experience. These people don't care about their guests. Avoid."

"The room was clean except for a faded lipstick stain on the headboard of the bed. Bed was comfortable and pillows medium soft. Staff was Friendly. Water pressure in shower was perfect (weird, but true). I would stay again, as it’s half the price of Foxwoods hotels and less than 5min straight drive down the road."

"I ended up not staying here because when I requested a lower level room, they gave me the key and it was immediately noticed that the room had not been cleaned in a while. The room smelled musty and the bathroom ceiling above the shower was molded. The bed linens were stained, and the 1 set of towels were well worn. There were cobwebs hanging along the edge of the ceiling and even spiders in the webs. There were carpenter ants crawling across the entryway, the microwave door would not close...

"Great personable staff, family-run hotel, so friendly! Unostentatious place with cozy electric fireplaces in the rooms (not sure if all have them). Good value. We had a comfortable overnight stay. A minor issue: the pool seemed overly chlorinated."
