"Breakfast was plentiful and the breakfast staff were fantastic! It was a super busy weekend with the hotel hosting a couple kids sports teams and the breakfast seating filled up fast! There were no tables available so I asked if we could take our food upstairs and the host said she’d open a second room for us. What a great ‘quick on your feet’ accommodation! Our room was beautiful and so spacious. Lots of parking available and the front desk staff were happy to help me out a couple times with various requests - each time so gracious and friendly - not always the case with customer service! Would definitely stay again if we make it back to the Toronto area!"

"Had a pretty good experience staying at Tru hotel. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was a little stuffy do to windows being unable to open to get fresh air in. But the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet is decent. Pool and workout room are small but serviceable. I would stay here again. "
