"The only feedback that I have is that the sound on the TV didnt work. One of the staff came up and tried to fix but was unable to. Otherwise we enjoyed our time in this hotel."

"This is 2nd time we stayed this hotel. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Staffs are nice. No problem to find parking spot. Enjoyed breakfast every morning. This time I found the elevator is little bit slow. But our room was 3rd floor, we were able to walk up and down stairs. Overall I’d recommend to stay here."

"The breakfast menu was very fresh! The hot tub was very warm but over run and very loud with a bunch of kids so we were only there for 15 minutes the first night and did t even use it the second night because of all the kids. Very disappointed that we weren't able to relax in the hot tub which is what we were all really looking forward to"

"Room felt pretty musty. The bathroom had signs of recent renos (nice shower, humongus counter top with a nice sink and fresh tiling) so it somehwat baffles me that the rest of the room, which was fairly gloomy and musty didn't get the same treatment. However, our king size bed felt like sleeping on a soft puffy cloud and the bedding was comfortable too. The breakfast provided was pretty mediocre, however there were renos going on to what I suspect was the main dining area (mid may, 2026). Plenty...

"We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite and it was great. Our only negatives were the size of the coffee pot and the fact that they only gave you one coffee pouch (technically 2 but one was decaf) there should be a full size coffee pot for a three bedroom suite. And there should be paper towel available, especially if there is only one tea towel. Otherwise this property is amazing and we would stay again. "

"This was our third stay here and we love it. The breakfast buffet is always great. Only complaint we had was that our room was near the side exit and people coming for hours and the door closer made the door slam and kept waking us and our dogs up. Ither than this, we live this hotel."

"Parking was tight, hotel is older than the hills, dingy hallways, stairwells lock you out of the hotel and you have to walk around the entire perimeter to get back to a door that let's you in. Some nutjob was in the room next to mine and they threatened to kick him out but didn't. Was running up and down the halls screaming and kicking doors, asking to be let in and wanting people to come out! Police spoke have come for that one. "
