"The location is perfect just a short walk & you are at the Scramble crossing, restaurants, bars etc. I realise rooms are small in Japan but our room was ridiculously too small for 3 nights, maybe ok for 1-2 nights, only one person could walk around the room at a time bed against the wall. I’d go for something bigger.
There are water fillers at the elevators which is convenient. Breakfast was good. Staff were ok not overly friendly.
The bar there never seemed to be open to guests, only members?"

"I did not rate the property 5 star as the top floor restaurant with all the great views of the crossing and surrounding is closed for renovations and we were not informed when we made the booking."

"Fantastic location, extremely helpful and welcoming staff from the front desk to the custodial crew. When I return to Japan I will be sure to come back! The rooms are smaller but most are in the area, cannot recommend this hotel enough."

"Don’t recommend staying here if you’re tall or with friends. It’s frowned upon to chat in the room with the pods."
