"We enjoyed everything about our stay at this Apa hotel, our first experience with this chain: great room with a window we could open, a view of the neighbourhood, VERY comfortable mattress and comfy linens; the room size was most definitely as expected (small) yet efficiently designed, we truly enjoyed it. All of the staff at reception were wonderful, and helped us out sending our big suitcases to the airport ahead of time so that we wouldn’t have to deal with them through the subway system on...

The hotel is in a perfect area to enjoy shinjuku and has access to food and subway stations within 3 minutes. The breakfast in the morning is great as well. "Stayed in an executive room. V roomy by Tokyo standards. Exec lounge was fantastic...nice views, good food and staff. St George's bar staff were v helpful, concierge extremely helpful. If ever back in Tokyo would stay again. High floor good views."
