"Location was ok, about 8 minutes walk from Shimbashi station, not the closest to metro. Room is a little small, barely enough space for 2 large luggages. Area is quite close to the high end shopping district of Ginza while the other side of Shimbashi is filled with night life activities and food."

"Stayed with a family of four, including two elementary age kids. Not sure what went wrong but we booked the room with the double bunk bed and the double twin beds and somehow we ended up with the single bunk and double twin. Tried to explain but something must have gotten lost in translation. We made due with the smaller room but we definitely could have used the bigger room. Nevertheless, the property itself was fine. Staff was friendly. And had some nice amenities with the free...

"お部屋の広さや設備の充実さは良かったですが、バスルームのちょっとしたカビや匂い、トイレと床や洗面台との間のホコリだまりなどお掃除の粗さは気になりましたが、普通に使う分にはまぁいいかとそれほど気にならない程度なので良かったかなと思います。カーテンのスキマがないことは嬉しかったです！ ロビー階のコーヒーや夜のドーナツも嬉しかったです。朝食のエクセルシオールもホテルから自動ドアで行けて便利でした。 トータル良かったです。"

"The hotel is in a good location for transport links. We were able to travel around tokyo with ease. The hotel is in good condition and is very clean. Staff members were very friendly and even allowed us to check in early because they saw our children were very tired. The free coffee at reception was a nice touch. The room was very small and had no storeage space but i found this to be normal in Japan."
