"The hospitality (service and meals) at Shiganoyu Hotel were amazing. While we did not speak Japanese and the staff did not speak English, they used a translation tool for conversation and didn't let that be a barrier. It was so comfortable for our family of 5 - very homey and welcoming. The tea and treat upon check-in was a nice surprise and delicious. The onsen was a relaxing bonus! "FANTASTIC! What a wonderful stay and cannot wait to go back. Sato-san and the entire staff were amazing to us during our visit with them. It made it feel like home.
