"ユーミン苗場コンサートの為に1泊素泊まりしました。 口コミを読んでいたので覚悟して行きましたが、それほど悪くはありませんでした。 吹雪の夜にプリンスホテルまで歩いて15分程でしたし、コンサート後の夜中1時までお風呂に入れました！湯船もお湯が出っ放しで綺麗でした。 部屋のガスストーブも温かかったです。 朝食に無料パンがあると口コミで見たのですが、ありませんでしたが、無料のコーヒーはあり美味しかったです。 でも、部屋の壁が薄いようで隣の音が丸聞こえで、夜中の隣りの部屋の咳が気になり眠れませんでした…。 あと、掛け布団のカバーが代えてないようで長い髪の毛が付いていてゲンナリしました…。 あと、歯ブラシとバスタオルしか無くて、浴衣と手拭いも欲しかったです。"

Especially the half board menu where we experienced a hearty, well-balanced dining experience specializing in traditional Japanese food using local, fresh ingredients. "Staff were helpful and friendly, but we only spoke in Japanese so not sure if they accommodate guests from abroad very often. Food was ample and tasty (traditional Japanese foods) and served in the privacy of the room. Pillows are traditional Japanese style (small and somewhat hard) so I would recommend bringing your own pillow if you prefer a larger and softer pillow.
