"The restaurant at the first floor was so delicious. Both the free breakfast buffet and the paid for dinner were fulfilling! The staff was very helpful and friendly, hailing me a taxi with an English speaking driver. We had a wonderful conversation! The staff also properly stored my luggage while I went to the museums within the area."

"施設はとても綺麗で満足です。 敷布団もクッション性が良く、起きた時身体が痛く無く快適に就寝出来ました。 駐車場の入口部分の勾配がかなりあり、車高の低い車だと下部を擦ってしまう為、改善して頂けるとありがたいです。 ドライヤー有りとの表記でしたが、無かったのが残念でした。 その他は大満足です。 花巻に行く時はまた利用させて頂きたいです。"
