"The capsules are spacious, and the building is clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and always willing to help.
The capsules are not soundproof, but any noise I experienced could be easily blocked out with earplugs.
My only negative is having to leave the hotel between 11 am and 4 pm for cleaning. Guests are allowed to use the lounge during this time, but after long walks, sometimes a good midday nap is really needed."

"Location: While the address says it is in Kabukicho, it is actually located in the "Korean Town". You may find this place interesting if you come to Japan for Korean stuff. For me, this place is nothing but a 10 minutes walk from the shin-okubo station. Unfortunately, location is the only thing I can praise this stay.
Cleanliness: despite being a new facility, this place is filthy. The shower/toilet/basin/locker floor felt like they have never cleaned it, with stains everywhere. My bed had...

"As I've said in prior reviews, a capsule hotel won't be for everyone, but if you're traveling solo and location and cost are of concern, then this place nails it. Another elevator would be nice, but the stairs are good exercise to burn off the delicious curry breakfast. Even on a full weekend they keep everything super clean."
