Was a nice little place to stay. Overall very clean, great showers, and the bed was very comfy.
You need to be ok with putting all your stuff on a different floor to where your pod is.
The only thing I could say for an improvement would be the safety was a little lax. You have a card with a QR code on it but the front door was mostly open from other people standing there, so anyone can get in, and there isn't a scan for the pod rooms as well. A random person could easily get in and go to the pods. Also the front door is literally next to where some of the bathroom/changing area is, which I wouldn't feel comfortable with if it was me using that space.
My first pod/capsule experience! Super comfy, surprisingly spacious. You get a locker on the first floor and have to keep your luggage down there, but they provide a bag with pyjamas, slippers, towels and toiletries. So just put the things you need into that! You can come and go as you please. Would stay again!
The capsules are spacious, and the building is clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and always willing to help.
The capsules are not soundproof, but any noise I experienced could be easily blocked out with earplugs.
My only negative is having to leave the hotel between 11 am and 4 pm for cleaning. Guests are allowed to use the lounge during this time, but after long walks, sometimes a good midday nap is really needed.
Had a really good night's sleep in the pod. It was quiet and had everything you needed. Its a great central location and close to the train station. Would highly recommend.
I loved this place I felt very safe, im a plus size girl and was a little worried if I was going to be Comftrouble in the Pod and to my surprise it was very Comfy and even had space left, the bathroom and shower areas is a little tight but you can make it work it all depends at what time you go.. if you worried about the your luggage in my locker I was able to fit a large suitcase and a carry on on top and my travel backpack with no problem.
If you are a solo traveler I recommend 100%… and it has train stations walking distance less than 3 minutes.
Perfect introduction to a capsule hotel! Clean and spacious pods. Great location, walkable distance to centre of Shinjuku. Perfect for a cheap stay. My friend found that her back was aching after the stay because the mattress is thin and not the softest but this seems to be a theme with Japanese beds in general.
Super clean & the pods are really cozy. Staff is very helpful as well.

This was my very first time ever staying in a hostel! Checking in was very easy. The staff were always on top of making sure the common areas are clean but are not it the way. The capsule was very spacious as I didn’t know what to expect. For the most part it was very quiet in the sleeping area, I had no trouble sleeping. I do wish the lockers were a bit bigger to fit the larger suit cases, instead of a bunch of suitcases sitting outside of the lockers making it kind of stuffy in the area. The locker can fit quite a few things in there plus a carry on. Over all I had a great experience and I would for sure recommend here and I’ll be using this hostel again in the future.
Fairly cheap and clean. Although only one lift for whole facility, have to wait some time. Sleep pods can be noisy making it hard to get proper sleep, people open the door/go to toilet multiple times each hour.
