"good"

"The rooms are just right for space. The dining options are fine but maybe not necessary as there are plenty of options nearby. The use of the Sky Plaza is great. The beds are too firm as were the pillows so neck ache occurred with two of us."

"I love the staff and the products they use for guests. The pyjamas are a nice touch, but the breakfast could do with more variety each day. Having the same kind of food for three days in a row gets tiring. The location also feels quite far out; although it’s close to the station, getting to other places still takes a long time."

"This hotel is continent located 10 minutes walk from Shinjuku Train Station and surrounded by many good restaurants, and other stores . We even found a traditional theater, where local seniors forming a long line to get tickets. The hotel is aspirated to established its unique identity by equipped each room with an old style record player, and the quest can check out music they like from the record library in the second floor. The bar is another place to listening music and enjoy drinks. Truly...

"Our room was large, felt luxurious, and had an amazing panoramic views of the Shinjuku area. The staff was friendly and helpful. We also loved their lounge. Our experience there was a 10/10! We also dined at their Teppan Ten-yu restaurant and it was also outstanding."
