Highlight of our trip to Japan!

This was the highlight of our trip to Japan! The hotel is stunning. The manager went above & beyond on multiple occasions, personally escorting us to restaurants around the town and even helping us book bus tickets to get back to Tokyo! The rooms are spacious, clean & beautiful. They had great amenities including a Dyson hairdryer & free laundry which was a lifesaver for us! The breakfast was delicious as well. We loved it here and can't wait to come back!

Very relaxing family stay

Wonderful hotel, very knowledgeable and helpful staff, delicious Japanese style breakfast, very relaxing and beautiful. We especially enjoyed the beautiful private outdoor onsen. Kotaro-San was very helpful with recommendations of local activities and places to visit and made our stay very enjoyable. His English is excellent as well. Free parking and laundry were a huge plus. Our kids enjoyed the kids zone, complimentary games, popcorn and drinks. The room is very spacious and the beds are very comfortable with a soft and a hard pillow, whichever you prefer. The greenery decorations are gorgeous, furniture is beautiful, especially the downstairs tables made of monkey pod wood and it smells amazing too.

庭園付露天風呂は景観と素晴らしい温泉にとても癒されました。それ以外の貸切温泉もとてもゆっくりでき、大変満足でした。夕食もひと手間かけた料理がどれも美味しく、但馬牛のすき焼きはボリュームも満点、お肉もお野菜も本当に美味しかったです。スマホチェックインに少し手間取りましたが、滞在中は不自由はありませんでした。女将さんが色々気遣ってくれ、本当に癒されました。またゆっくり温泉を楽しみに訪れたいです。

とても綺麗でした。食事もとても美味しく、とても、優しい味付けで大満足でした。ただ、階段でしたので、高齢の方にはきついとおもいます。一番良かったのは、アメニティなど、全てにおいてね配慮がキメ細やかて感心しまさた。

出来て間がないのもあると思いますが、非常に綺麗で清潔感がありました。食事もおいしく、程よい量とサービスも間を置かず、楽しく頂けました。何より、温泉が3つあり、それぞれ家族で貸し切りながら入れるのは、小さな子供連れには、この上なく、落ち着ける感じです。中でも、露天風呂が1つあり、床を畳敷にしているのは、滑らず、湯ざましに座りながらくつろげ、最高のひと時を過ごせました。スタッフも明るく、親しみやすい接客で気持ちのいい旅行が楽しめました。

古くからのいわゆる温泉街にあって、新しい感覚でリノベしたと思われホテル。ツアー団体客狙いの大型観光ホテルでもなく、高級和風旅館でもない、和風のテイストを入れつた洋風ホテル。トライは面白いが内装等がエアコンのおさまりや部屋の床材など中途半端なインテリア、料理は美味しかったし、貸切となる温泉もよかったので、宿泊費にてらすともう少しディテールまでこだわって欲しい。

スタッフの対応が良く、清掃も行き届いており気持ちの良い滞在が出来ました。大浴場に加え、無料の貸切庭園付露天風呂があり、庭園を眺めながら家族で優雅に入浴しました。朝食は手の込んだ料理で、蒸し料理は絶品でした。また来たいと思えるお宿です！

Beautiful place to stay for a road trip around the hot spring area. Everything is clean and nicely furnished with all the facilities you would need for your stay. The manager has been super helpful and friendly ( and made us breakfast too!) Very comfortable stay (in a gorgeous quadruple room with a little garden inside) and definitely would love to stay here again when visiting this area in the future.

心を込めて経営しているホテル

ものすごくいい印象が残ったホテルでした。部屋は広く、貸し切りの露天風呂もありましたが、料金は全然高くありませんでした。そして、朝食はこれまで泊まったホテルとは違って、心を込めて美味しく作っていただいた健康食でした。特に手作りの小豆ジャムは大好物でした！ぜひ親戚や友達にも紹介したいと思います。
