"Staff was friendly and accommodating and helped me out when asked. Hotel services were fast, on time, and the cleaning service was immaculate. They replace anything you need in your room like emptying trash, replacing towels, and changing bed sheets if desired. The property also offers restaurants and a shopping center which helped whenever I need to buy small amenities that I had forgotten at home. "We LOVE this hotel stay. It's definitely a HOME away from home with EVERYTHING we need, from full kitchen to washer-dryer laundry room. We enjoy the spacious layout, dining table, large fridge... also, very convenient location with 7/11, cafe, restaurants, free shuttle at Tokyo City Air Terminal, plus airport bus direct to both airports! Quite for a good nights sleep and good location for things nearby, however might be a little bit far out depending on what you're visiting so you spend a bit of time on the subway. The table in the room was also too big and woulve been good to fold away because it made the room feel a bit cramped. Otherwise comfortable enough. "

"Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Easy location to get to from the airport since the hotel is connected to the TCAT terminal. This is my first time in Tokyo and I'm happy with the convenient location of the hotel. Access to the Z line subway can be found in the hotel's lower level. This made it easy to get around Tokyo for sightseeing. The buffet breakfast is also very good. There's no coin laundry machine on site but we found one 5 minutes walking distance away.
