"The hotel is great, amazing views and the staff were mostly very polite and kind. There was one man around 4pm at the front desk who was quite rude. This surprised me as it was the first time in Japan someone behaved that way. He insisted on serving a Japanese man behind me in line and was very dismissive. It’s a shame as otherwise it was a good experience. I guess he didn’t like Americans."

"This guesthouse was very spacious and clean. It was great that it was walking distance to the shopping area. What I didn’t like was that I didn’t know that it was. Contactless check in, but I figured out quickly how to get the door key for the guesthouse,"

"There was EXCELLENT customer service. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms are large compared to most hotels in Japan (and this was our 3rd hotel to compare). The location of the hotel was close to the train station and popular tourist attractions. The staff offer a welcome beverage of your choice when you arrive, and during your stay there is a free beverage station in the lounge with a pool table and massage chairs. We had 3 suitcases and 2 backpacks. I think...
