"Heinrich and his wife were great hosts. Beautiful clean apartments close to the Esplanade. We stored our baggage with them when we arrived and before leaving as our flights arrived early and left late. They gave us really great local recommendations for trips and local fresh barramundi. The apartment is gated for extra security and is well stocked with a kitchen, tea, coffee and the essentials. It was a lovely week in Cairns. "

"Arriving on a late flight from Melbourne our initial response was how quiet the neighbourhood, and are so glad that we didn’t select accommodations on the Esplanade. The apartment is over the road from the major shopping centre and Kuranda train station, a short walk to Rusty’s market and a range of restaurants. The standard of food was exceptional. As we were on the second floor a lift would have been but sometimes you can’t have everything! We will be back. "
