"I had no great expectations. It happened to be an exceptionally busy weekend, and most hotels were charging $1000 per night, so this one at $100 was definitely a bargain. The property was not impressive, being old and dilapidated. But the room was a surprise. Despite the rust and peeling paint, the room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable for my troubled back, the sheets were quality, and the one towel was large and thick. A bath mat would have helped, and given the many power points,...

"This was my second stay here, it’s such a lovely quiet and peaceful place. The cabin was clean and comfy with great amenities. The location is great, very close to so many places. Check in was so easy and the communication was excellent. Thanks for another wonderful weekend away!"

"Wallaby Ridge Retreat was a beautiful serene spot overlooking the valley, with a spa, pool and peace and quiet. A few of the wallabies were roaming around. Dan the manager was very helpful on hand for anything you needed. The little town of Canungra is close by with coffee shops etc. I would definitely recommend this lovely place. Thanks Dan for a lovely stay. "

"We had a great 2 night stay in Brian’s Balmoral Queenslander. Fabulous surrounding area for great food. Brian made us feel very at home. The space was clean tidy and so comfortable. Complementary Breakfast a big plus. Highly recommend Balmoral Queenslander to stay. "
