Hotel is well located and has a lot of great facilities. The upstairs lounge is great. I didn’t use the spa or breakfast services because because there are lots of wating places near the hotel.

We were amazed at how many amenities there were at this hotel. The breakfast options are extensive and delicious. It's about a 15 minute walk from Shizuoka station. Lots of great restaurants nearby. We had a great time!

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was the typical compact size you expect from a Japanese business hotel, but it felt modern, clean, and comfortable. The public baths were a real highlight — spacious, relaxing, and spotless. Staff were friendly and attentive. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and nightlife just a short walk away. A reliable and well-run hotel that I’d gladly stay at again.

Nice hotel in great location

Nice hotel, you get a welcome drink. The neighboorhoud is nice with lots of great restaurants and possibilities to shop. You also can take a bus to the sea.

The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown shopping area with lots of restaurants and amenities nearby. The staff is helpful and very friendly. The public hot tub is a great addition, together with a full library of manga and classic video games. Pretty cool!

Very clean and quiet location, easily walkable to downtown. Shizuoka station is approximately 15-minutes away. Lots of cafes and matcha locations in the vicinity. Room is compact but spotless. Onsen a wonderful addition after walking the whole day. Go after dinner time, less crowded.

Good experience all around. This may have been a mistake on my part, but we were given a smoking room and not a non-smoking room. It took a few sprays of the included air freshener, but the room smelled fine after that. Very nice bathroom. Accommodating staff; they made us massage reservations for a location next door, at our request.

This hotel has an interesting combination of features. No phone in very small single room, and once-every-three-days cleaning (Eco!). But has fast Wi-Fi, public bath and relaxation area, restaurant area open for free beverages and chatting from the end of breakfast to 10pm. Breakfast buffet very passable and friendly staff also contribute to a pleasant stay.
