"Hotel room was moderate in size, very clean and has what you will need. Staffs are very well trained and polite. The only downside is there’s no hooks in the bathroom so you have no where to hang your clothes. This hotel is in a location that’s out of no where, there’s a free small shuttle that takes you to the subway station that runs every hours, only first come first serve. You must try their public bath, it’s a good experience and very relaxing after day long walk. There’s al self service laundry that’s clean and cheap. Breakfast was good but a bit pricey 2860 yen per person. Food on the main floor grill place is no good, not recommended. Overall still a good hotel."

"From arrival to departure, all the staff we met were amazing. They helped us with our luggages and explained everything clearly. When leaving, they went and got us taxi in the rain. Very impressed with their staff. The hotel itself is clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Very convenient to the train station.. easily to access coming from Narita or Haneda using the YCAT or train. Breakfast was nice. Staff was very friendly. Lots of store and restaurants around."

"This hotel is perfect if you want A more quiet part of Japan near Tokyo. I'd recommend this hotel for couples and families. Not to much light life around but a lot of fun activities for families. I'd recommend getting a corner room view it's crazy."
