"Our stay here was magical. The staff were attentive and helpful. The area was so beautiful and peaceful surrounded by forest. The public onsen was empty both times we used it so actually quite private and so relaxing!! The hotel were so kind and decorated our room for our honeymoon. "Staff were very kind and informative. At check in, they sat me down & explained everything about the hotel. My room had the most incredible view of Hakone. The hotel was very clean. The bath house was very nice. There was also a neat little lounge room with records and such as well as a foot bath on the first floor. I did not take advantage of these things during my stay but still very nice features! The free breakfast was decent, mostly bread items. I don’t really have any complaints."

"We had a great overnight stay here. It was so wonderful to experience a traditional Japanese Ryokan. The room had a great set up with tatami mats and sliding doors. Each night the staff came in and set up our futons for bed and in the morning, come in to put them away and served us breakfast. The breakfast was delicious and had so many delicious dishes that we were so full we didn't eat lunch. The onsen bath house was also the main reason we stayed here.
