Ryokan tại Kanagawa

"It is all good"

"チェックイン時のフロントの対応はイマイチでした。（バイトさんでしょうか…。） 客室も綺麗で良かったですが、89歳の父いわく「手すりが無い」のが気になったそうです。部屋の手拭き紙は紙を詰めすぎて取りずらい。（これはお客様目線ではないかな〜、残念です。） ご飯時のスタッフさんは、目配り、気配りが出来ていて、気持ちの良い接客でした。 部屋の露天風呂も大きくて快適。 大浴場も混み合う事がなく、のんびり入れました。 夕食、朝食共に、ボリュームがあり美味しく、満腹でした！ 夕食時の飲み物はフリードリンクだったので、お酒も沢山いただきましたし、ロビーに設置してあるドリンク類も飲み放題で、嬉しかったです。 大浴場横のアイスキャンディーのサービスも孫は大喜びで、私たちもいただきました。美味しかったです。 あ、女性用の浴衣Ｍサイズが足りなくて、Ｌサイズでしたのでブカブカだったのはざんねんかな。 相対的に…息子夫婦は大満足で、また利用したい、と言っています。 楽しい旅行になりました。 ありがとうございました♪"

"Simply amazing experience - kind and friendly staff; delicious snacks/drinks; to-dream-of kind of breakfast; and hot spring baths (in-room, private, AND shared/sauna); selection of yukata; amenities just 5 out of 5. Did not feel like leaving and a huge thank you to the staff - made us feel very welcome and the entire experience completely surpassed my expectations."

"The room was cozy, the outdoor Onsen was fantastic. We love the privacy and the Mountain View. The staff was well trained and extremely helpful, especially the food servers. We enjoyed every moment of our two night stay. One issue that can be improved is the lack of a shuttle service for the guests. The Ryokan is on a rather steep slope and dragging our luggage back and forth was a real choir. Difficult to get a taxi from the Ryokan and the shuttle bus was not readily available. The...

We were delighted to experience such authentic Japanese cuisine. The service was thoughtful and attentive.
